        You stole $400 from me and I want it back! Paid for a gift card for my dad's bday, booked an appointment, shop was closed when he showed up. We have called I'm not joking 100 times, rings 3 times and hangs up, no chance to leave a voicemail. Left a Facebook message for you to call me, never did. We have tried to give you several chances to redeem yourself ans would have been happy to reschedule... I get it, sometimes life happens and maybe couldn't make it to the shop... but we spent $400 on a gift card that we can't use because you won't call back or shop is closed when we show up.
