Our business began eighteen years ago. During this time, we had the same CPA who also acted as a consultant to our business for 16 years. Unfortunately, he was no longer able to continue as our CPA. We were now faced with no financials starting in 2022, almost 2 years behind, which included our 2022 taxes. Along comes Robin Geertz, CPA and Owner of Dragonfly 360, Inc.! She came highly recommended by OMEP who was our consultant. She began in all earnest to help us through this very difficult time, explaining everything she was doing, training us in QuickBooks and recording our sessions for future reference. In a matter of a couple of months, Robin caught us up on two years of work. She was so efficient and knowledgeable that I signed up for her online class to continue to learn from her. As I never really understood the numbers, Robin provided mentoring so I can now manage our business through those numbers. I recommend Robin for your CPA needs, she is very thorough in her work! She has amazing project management skills, she looks for root causes instead of quick fixes. She analyzes the data provided and makes helpful suggestions on how to improve whether it be in bookkeeping processes or production processes. She is enjoyable to work with! Robin is a professional who is honest and trustworthy!
