My haircut with Elizabeth was awesome! She was so kind and easy to talk to. I have naturally wavy/ curly hair and she made it soo cute (rounded bob with lots of layers)! I would definitely recommend going to Elizabeth. She is definitely a good hairstylist. Most hairstylist can either make conversation or cut hair really good... she can do BOTH!

I frequent this salon because my favorite aesthetician Lexi Telesco has joined their staff. NOW I am staying with this Salon becuase their newest stylist, Nicole, literally knocked it out the park with my new cut. I am now going to be a client for as long as these two stay here!! I am heading to Cabo with beautiful lashes and hair that makes me look 10 years younger! Thank you Lexi and Nicole for helping me be the most fabulous version of myself!

Have been going here with my daughter for years and never been disappointed like this, maybe this is what I get for going to the orchards location instead of grand central, but we will not be returning, they state because the stylist is "independent" they cannot do anything about the situation. So guaranteed at this point I will not be recommending them at all to anyone either as it's clear they cannot guarantee anything with their "employees" Got my hair done a month ago by Jada , truly truly gave it my best to like what I got, which was no where close to what I asked for, expressed my concern at the end of the appointment and was told to give it a few weeks and if I didn't like it we could smudge it darker; as she easily added 3 times as much blond as I was asking for, not ever indicating at ANY POINT their "7 day policy for adjustments or refunds" also something I'm not very familiar with as I almost NEVER complain about stuff like this. I didn't even want to write a review to begin with but when I asked just for the money for the service back so I could afford to get it fixed was told that I missed my window for that and that she wouldn't be continuing any further. To be extremely clear, as I was in the consultation, I wanted to keep my dark, get a haircut, and just enough highlights, to blend in the greys I've been getting, may take a couple sessions that's fine but I DID NOT WANT TO BE BLONDE, in the end I got a full head of CHOPPY highlights, no hair cut, and almost no dark hair left at all. Wow wow wow! All my cares melted away in Mandy's confident hands today! The Revival Facial was incredible and I'm so grateful I found her. She was efficient, had great massage technique, smooth applications, and seemless transitions. I walked out feeling so relaxed and pampered. I almost fell asleep a few times. Nice music and calming room. You can slightly hear the cars going by and the parking lot is a bit wonky, but her facial was so superior that no stars are being knocked for things out of her control. Booking was quick and easy. No smells from the salon. RUN, don't walk, to get your facial today! You will not regret this! She also gives 50% off first time facials and even gave me a few birthday samples of the products she used. If this was the only services gift I ever got, I'd be happy the rest of my life with nothing else!
