We had a bathroom remodel with Paliy. These folks are excellent people doing excellent work. We had a shower pan problem, and from the demo to the rebuild to the add ons, each of the Paliy folks were communicative and responsible. Fantastic finished product and we came in under budget. Couldnt be happier.

We bought a new townhouse that was move-in ready except for one "simple" project: we needed someone to lower the kitchen cabinets. (The previous owner had for some unknown reason put the cabinets 28" above the countertops, rather than the standard 18"-20". And I'm short!) I got bids from 5 different companies and while Paliy was not the cheapest, their bid was competitive, they could do the work quickly, and their point person, Nazar, was responsive, knowledgable, and friendly. So we went with them. They did not disappoint. It turned out - of course -that the job was not quite as simple as we had hoped, but Paliy adjusted at each step and still finished on time and within budget. The kitchen looks great!

Did a full kitchen remodel in August of 2023 and Paliy construction was amazing to work with. All of the work was well coordinated and the contractors were familiar with each other which made interacting all of them easy. The quality of the work is very high and if anything needed to be adjusted it was done quickly. Job was on time and on budget. Very pleased with the new kitchen and would highly recommend Paliy for your remodeling needs. Paliy Renovation provided an amazingrenovation experience to us. Short story: they are the BEST. Work ethic, project knowledge, integrity, quality of work at every step of the way and follow up are all areas they absolutely exceeded expectations for us. Long version: In May 2023 we started the search for a contractor for a complete remodel of our master bath, hallway bath and our staircase. We met with Nazar with Paliy. Nazar was so great to work with. Nazar was available to us for random questions and for complete re-quotes when we decided to change up our design three different times. In August 2023 we finally signed with Paliy and agreed to a start date of November 13, 2023. To their word, they began on that very day! Paliy's main contact for construction was Ben and Yuriy. Both so great to work with. We invested a lot of money into this project and as we moved through the project, we made a few changes. Those changes caused our project to extend the timeline but as we watched each specialty crew do their work (tile, plumbing, carpentry, paint) we realized why. The detail and accountability put into every aspect of our project resulted in the most amazing remodel. Each member of the construction crew was polite, knowledgable, precise and complete in all the work they did. Some of the workers only speak Ukrainian but they are the first to pull their phones out and use a language translating app to communicate with us. We were so impressed. Our project came to a close in January 2024 and it felt sad to say good bye to Ben who had really been the one we saw the most. I will say it again, Paliy is the BEST. Honest, knowledgeable, highest level of integrity and sincere. They kept their word to us and we feel went above and beyond. We are grateful to them.

I had a fantastic experience with Paliy Construction. Almost a year ago, I requested a bid for installing LVT flooring then the project was put on hold. When we were finally ready, I contacted Corey and they were able to schedule the work in a timely manner. The work was completed last week by Yuri and another guy (whose name I forgot) and I could not be happier! Communication with Project Manager, Corey was excellent. He was very responsive and gave me updates before the project, assuring me of the scheduling. He was in contact with me the day of the work, giving me heads-up on the timing and such. Corey even stopped by the house the next day to review the work with me. Yuri and his coworker arrived on time and did a great job. I was especially impressed with how they paid attention to details like randomization of the LVT pattern while they were installing and scribing to the uneven walls inherent in the room. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, without cutting corners. They cleaned up after themselves and the flooring looks great. Of the three contractors I contacted, Paliy (and Corey) were the only ones that gave me the confidence to book them. Also, their bid was very competitive and there were no additions once the work was started. I'd definitely hire them again.
