I don't understand much about vehicle insurance. My renewal was coming up and my current provider had doubled the cost. I called All Risk and talked to a representative. She educated me on the terms, what that meant and how I could save - I wasn't treated as stupid or as if I should know the ins and outs of v-ins. Respect and information - THANK YOU ALL RISK - YOU WON ME!

My husband William Ball and me(Morai Ball) visited almost office closing time around 5pm ish March 29th, 2024. I knew they will close at 5:30pm(I know were so rude sorry )but we had only that time we really want to switch the new insurance company. When we got there and We talked to Quandrea Williams. She was greeting so well and beautiful smile. My 3years old baby was cranky and fussy in the office. But Quandrea made us so comfortable and smile all the time to us. She told me very clearly and understandably of company, price, deductible and coverage and etc. also my husband and I were disconnected conversation with her because my toddler was whinny and fussy during the conversation. But Quandrea is very polite, calm, friendly, thoughtful professional and patient person. my husband and I were glad to meet her and she took care about us. Today I signed up new client this company. Im sure best Decision for my family. Thank you so much. How sweet of her. I had long day from work. She made us day.
