Clearwater Springs Assisted Living

My mother moved to Clearwater Springs 3 years ago after a brief (nightmare) time at another assisted living facility. From the beginning, we could see that Clearwater was different. Cleaner, more staff, more active, healthier food. And most important, staff who cared. Clearwater has a caring and compassionate culture that starts with management and is embraced by the staff. Thank you to everyone who helped make my mother's time at Clearwater enjoyable - Mary, Chasity, Melyssa, Heather, Taylor, Cy, and so many more whose names I never knew or do not remember. You all made a difference to me and my family.

My mother was diagnosed with Covid and the staff have not been helpful. I understand that this is very contagious, but if these aides were paid better, then the residents would have better care when they need it. These elderly people pay a lot of money every month, so there is no reason for this! Very disappointing with this company and Im thinking about moving my mom and consulting her attorney for negligence. Who lets residents sleep in their own soiled sheets! Disgusting, how would you feel. We are all going to be there one day, so these company Directors, need to remember that. It could be you or your loved one that needs care and would you want to be treated like that!?

As an outside provider this is by far my favorite building to go into. Its always clean, staff is so friendly and residents get amazing care. I recommend Clearwater Springs to anyone looking for placement for a loved one.

My grandma has lived here for several years now. We love that the staff is always very responsive to her needs. She loves that shes surrounded by friends and feels like she still has a purpose, shes always helping with some sort of project or participating in an activity.
