Residents are clean, well taken care of and happy. The care staff are quick to see what each resident needs and are able to cater to them. They follow a good diet and the meals are tasty and wholesome. 10/10

Did some painting for their property and was very pleased with how professional the staff is and the quality of life the residents were provided. Only wish I could keep my home as clean as their facility. Would highly recommend.

My sister moved to Windsor Gardens three years ago when she was happy alert and still able to walk. She raved about Michael, the director, and loved being there. As she declined and required more care, Michael made sure everyone participated in a new approach to her care and it was obvious from the reports through my niece who visited her weekly that she was well cared for and happy. In her final days my nieces kept me posted on her as COVID 19 pandemic prevented my visitation. She continued to be alert and as lively as can be expected until her passing a few weeks ago. My own visits to her with my brother and other family members a past year, assured us she could not have had a better care home. Thank you to Michael and all his staff for being the best second family she could wish for.

My family has been to this facility many times and we are always impressed. The residents are treated with respect and are cared for greatly. I highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! They dont care if your loved one is in her final days, you are not welcome past visiting hours. Unbelievable! They also gave medication incorrectly and did not notify hospice when medication was started. We were told we were not allowed to visit the first week she was there so she could acclimate (she had dementia so really she couldnt acclimate). When we arrived the first day were were allowed to visit her we learned that all they did was keep her in her room alone without any TV or music. We were also told that when my grandmother moved in that the cost of her care would not change during the remainder of her time there. However, once my grandma started hospice the price increased, which considering they were actually doing less for her since hospice nurses were involved, it should have gone down. They also refused to give us documentation stating what the changes were that caused the increase in price. Most of the caregivers were wonderful, it is the management that you want to stay as far away from as possible!!
