The Grand Pacific Apartments

So many problems with this place. Walls are very thin, neighbors are loud and we can hear every conversation happening even outside. Insulation is horrible or non existent. The parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of, the angle they have it at is very dangerous. Management doesn't seem to know what they're doing

Horrible management & communication! Theyve been holding on to my security fee for a YEAR & a half now. Wont return my calls, when I stop in the office she has the same excuse every time that she needs to call her book keeper so they can send it. Told me 2 months ago that they finally sent it & still havent received my money!!! I keep calling & leaving voicemails & she never returns my call! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion! Dont recommend to anyone, all theyll do is keep your money from you! If I could rate 0 stars thats what I would give them!!

This place is very beatiful and I'm pretty sure it'd be lovely but when my mother-in-law called for me because I work the lady she spoke to was rude and also told her we weren't allowed to get a 2 bed because there are 3 of us even tho my boyfriend and I aren't sleeping in separate room and it was going to be me my boyfriend and my sister inlaw. Very disappointed with their customer service. If there's 3 of you and ones a couple look somewhere else.
