image Pretty sure they discriminated against my ADA protected task- trained service dog.
This was my original review and it does need updating as this was not the reason I was denied. The reason had only to do with inaccurate information reported by their screening company. My start stays the same as no one bothered informing me of this until after their open house and the apartment I was interested in was probably rented, I didn't bother to ask as I had already fund another place.

image We couldnt be happier! The office staff is wonderful and attentive. They are always sure to greet you immediately when you walk through the clubhouse doors. They are very accommodating with any situation that arises and are happy to help and make you happy. The maintenance crew is always hard at work, its the small things you start to appreciate. Clean grounds, clean trash areas, parking/towing taken seriously.
We love that we can walk to many stores in under 10 minutes. Amenities are great and well taken care of. Thank you Hearth for making this place feel like HOME!

image If I could give zero stars I would! Everything about this complex is awful. Parking sucks. Expect your cars to be vandalized and broken into. Management is a joke and their communication is subpar. They care more about new chairs for the pool than addressing any concerns you have. The maintenance supervisor is also extremely unhelpful. We lived there a year and could not get out of there fast enough. Then they charged us $1000 in "damages". We have warned everyone we know looking for an apartment because it was legit a nightmare! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!

image The worst apartment complex ever. Unfortunately we cant break the lease earlier.
Dont waste your money here if you want to live in good place. And dont trust positive reviews so much because management asks tenants to write them for bag of small presents plus half of manager relatives are live here.
1. manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional. She does nothing. She doesnt know how to speak with people and should not work in the customer service at all. Unfortunately we moved in when here was different manager and now have to deal with this one.
2. 3 times my car was hit and run on the parking lot in front of leasing office and she cant provide me footage of camera because the one which was facing my car is fake. When pool is supposed to be close at 10 pm and people still comes to hot tub in the middle of the night she doesnt reply on any complaints from tenants. So you can hear people talking and laughing in pool area all night long.
3. Parking situation is awful. One parking spot per apartment and if you park on the visitor place be ready to see your car damaged every time or your windows smashed (happened 2 times)
4. They charge us pest control every month but the actual pests control comes once per 6 months (if you are lucky and only if youll come to the office and remind them about it). Ive been dealing with numeral pests such as cockroaches and ants in my apartment every time. And only with maintenance help I was able to get rid of them.
5. Only good and positive people who works there are 2 maintenance guys who is very nice and helpful all the time! (Office workers should learn how to work properly as they do)
6. Walls in apartment are made from paper so you can hear every single noise from Your neighbours.
7. They hired security to drive around and youll never see them on the territory. Never.
8. After we moved out (finally) they charged us multiple fees such as carpet cleaning $200 for 1 small room, wall painting for the entire apartment $200, deep cleaning $100 etc. And took our deposit which is $500. All these fees for 2 wall scratches and some leftover flour stain in the kitchen drawer? Seriously? Ridiculous.
