Larkspur Place has always been sort of a hidden jewel in Vancouver. People drive by it without even noticing.
What's to notice? The grounds are regularly tended, including shrubbery, short tree limbs, raking up debris and clipping, tending to downed debris after storms, etc.
Brandon, the property maintenance manager, is competent, knowledgeable, thorough, and gets the job done as soon as possible. He's also very friendly. He knows everyone's name as well as their pets!
Ash is the property manager and has managed this property for two different companies. She knows the issues of the property very well. She's smart, competent, and knows her job inside and out! She's also fair and does her best to accommodate her residents. She knows this is where we make our home, and she respects that.
The units themselves are actually quite nice. The master bedroom is very spacious, and I treat it like my own little apartment; my male roommate overtook the living room, so I have the master. It has a walk-in closet, a private shower, and the standard cupboard and counter space. A lot of the residents have dogs, so it's easy to get to know one another that way. There is also a community gas grill and picnic tables that are spaced just outside of the pool area. All said, it really is a great place to live. That's why we've been here for almost 16 years!

A great place to live. I would like to give a special shout out to Brandon, the maintenance guy. He is responsible for keeping this place in shape and does an amazing job. His ability to prioritize and take care of the complex goes above and beyond. I believe Brandon deserves a bunch of kudos for taking care of issues in a very timely and professional manner. I appreciate his part in making this place a great place to reside. Things would go downhill fast without his jack of all trades skill set. The company and the residents are very lucky to have him. Employees with his work ethic are golden!

5 out of 5 stars! I absolutely love our 2 bedroom apartment here! Our neighbors are the best, our leasing agent Ash is amazing and goes above and beyond to help everyone. Our maintenance guy Brandon keeps the grounds beautiful and every thing is taken care of promptly! I love it here!

His attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service is truly commendable. I have had several interactions with Brandon, and each time he has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have complete confidence in his abilities and trust him to handle any maintenance concerns that may arise. I highly recommend Brandon for his outstanding work ethic and commitment to ensuring resident satisfaction.
