**Update*The windows don't Close completely; in any rooms,making for cold winters and high electricity bills. No air, which was horrid during the 115 day we just had. garbage on many decks, Not only do they not have amenities they increased the rent The day after the covid moratorium was lifted, Before that it was yearly. They state they have a park which is a gazebo in the dark corner of the property, and is not used. Reviews from a daughter-in-law Is hardly valid, I would write a good review If my rent was free too, And the maintenance Tech is the manager's son. You are paying for The landscaping and the black top parking lot. And the manager is not new , read previous reviews don't move here

Facts of "Tami" review are left out. Having no amenities are disclosed at the time of renting at Autumn Park Apt. That's one reason rent is cheaper than anywhere else, although we do have "Gaither Park" where you can have family get togethers, BBQs, birthday parties and play games. We have onsite Maintenance Tech. We also show our tenants how much we appreciate them . Autumn Park Apts is a quiet, clean, relaxing place to reside.. I would also like to add that management has been replaced 3yrs ago. The management currently is awesome along with the maintenance crew. We consider all our tenants here at Autumn Park family and treat them as such..

I live here and the management is great. She is very loving and caring and she respects her tenants and cares for them its a quiet place not to many kids but there is no playground for them to play on. Thats one of the reasons there are no little one the ones that are here are in there teens. Well kept , maintenance is taken care of in the manner of importance, however every maintanence request is important but if there is a toilet running over verses a door knob that needs fixed the toilet will take priority.. Very nice, clean, quiet place to live
