THE WORST PLACE to live not worth the price can find a better place for the same price with better quality. The master bedroom if you can even call it that is literally small. Theres other apts that offer a better and bigger master suite and apt . Its a joke to even all call it that. When we first moved here nothing worked. The garbage disposal was broke the first month of us living there. The electricity outlets barely work and its small space for a 2bed 2bt apt. No storage closet or coat closet as you call it in the entrance and the one thats between the two rooms is a Joke and small. The laundry closet and pantry are in the same spot in the kitchen so theres no space at all to even store any food let alone your laundry detergent (its gross as well) and very small only two shelves on each side the kitchen space is a joke not many places to store your food as well or dishes !! The whole place is a joke. The whole time living here the swimming pool is always under maintenance the inside one is as well the workout room is a joke if you even call it that. The office is always closing early for some reason. It takes about a WHOLEEEE WEEK TO FINLLY GET HOLD OF SOMEONE ridiculous. Anddddd the towing place they use is awful and tows your car no reason at all even with a parking permit we had our car towed twice. Second time they gave us the car without having to pay because they were in the wrong. LOOK UP THE TOWING COMPANY THEY HAVE LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM FOR THIS EXACT REASON AND NEGATIVE REVIEWS. BELIEVE EVERY ONE OF THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS they arent lying and nothing has changed at all save you some time and look anywhere else you will regret living here honestly biggest mistake ever on my part !! Not to mention half of the neighbors here are all drug addicts you can see them nodding off in their cars, theres so many pot holes and when it rain theres a flood in the parking lot to the point it damage your car. Cant even leave till the water goes down! The potholes are just as bad and dont let the tour they give you fool you the place as a Whole is a joke. Your just paying for the area of where the Apt is located not the actual quality. Cheap built apts with cheap amenities. Just on the richer side of mill plane I have see better quality apts in the same area.

Worst management ever. Predatory parking enforcement practices. Wouldn't be surprised if they end up getting sued.

Will never visit or rent from any property owned by this company. Negligent towing practices. They should be investigated and sued along with Pacific Parking enforcement. I can only imagine the sketchy things they've done. If you rent here, don't let your friends park here and don't renew your lease.
