Polly's Adult Family Home

This facility is very warm and inviting, the owner is a RN, she goes the extra mile to make sure her residents needs are met. she is not a gambleholic, she personally greets her staff and Residents with a warm caring heart and a smile. She has never taken advantage of any of her Residents, nor has any of the residents been neglected or abused . each resident has their own private room. Each room has the residents own personal touch to make them feel at home. Most of the residents have been their for a very very long time and their family members are at ease knowing that their loved one is well loved and care for.

Would not recommend. Im not one to publicly bash a company but I feel its important to just say that at least. Would not recommend we found a better place for my mother to call home.

Our family member has been living at Pollys for several years and has had exceptional care. Polly and all of her staff are very kind and caring. We can rest easy knowing our family member is getting top notch care.

If your looking for a place to steal you familys meds and money then this is the place for you otherwise i would not recommend this place also not taking care of the residents creepy people hanging out there and not very helpful as far as bathing there residents but if you want to see you cared loved ones be neglected this is it

This adult family home is very sad the residents seem very unhappy. Polly is taking advantage of elderly people they rented a room to a family member of mine for 3,000 dollars a month that was no bigger then my bathroom and she was storing things in the room that didnt belong to my family member. They take the residents items and sell them. They cook food for the residents that is bottom of the barrel food. The staff as well as Polly take residents food stamps card and use there food stamps and manipulate them into thinking she cant afford things. They also say that they take you shopping for free and take you to get your meds that is a lie she manipulates the residents into buying food for the home and for her staffs home! Polly will manipulate the residents into keeping there family away. My family member lived in the fully functioning side of things and they found out she and others were eating shrimp on that side and were eating better then the people that needed more care and she took the dishes from that side of the home so they couldnt prepare there own food. This place takes advantage of the elderly and it is a disgrace! DONT LET YOUR FAMILY MEMBER LIVE HERE! God has a place for people like these that run this place and some day
