This guy won't even call us back. He did a good job for us last year so I have no idea what his problem is now. He would text me and say he was coming and then not show up. Our grass is dying and we have a broken sprinkler head. I texted and called him many times and said this. Last time he texted me back was on June 26th and said he would come the next day. Never showed up and hasn't texted me or called me since even though I have left texts and VMs. Don't call this guy!

Someone came out fall of 2019 to blow out sprinklers and broke a part on our main pipe that we had just spent $1400 to fix along with all the sprinkler heads and box. I messaged nicholas on Facebook and he said it's a $5 part and come spring hell come fix it for free. Generous right? Well here's spring time and I got ahold of him and he told me he would come on a Monday at 3pm, didnt show and said his car was having problems. I was understanding and he set up a new date for the following Monday, I reached out to him that Monday morning for a time and conformation and he never responded nor answered my husband or phone calls. Not professional to tell a customer you'd come fix something one of your employees broke and then not come through.

This has been a fantastic company to deal with! They were great about communicating during the process and were great about cleaning up after themselves. They laid the grass back down right after the lines were installed and even reset the bricks that had to be lifted to get the sprinkler lines in. Their customer service is phenomenal too! We were going to call them after the weekend to schedule the winterizing, but they beat us to it and reached out to us on a Sunday! Thats great service! We are super happy.

Poor service - they cut corners and told the renter to use a hose to water areas where the system didn't work.
