Karen Flory, LMP

Karen is the absolute BEST massage therapist I have ever been to. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at releasing stiff, tight muscles. Her technique is not deep tissue or invasive, but quite the opposite. The positioning and holding of those positions actually feels magical. I walk into her office with the tightest, sorest body and leave (in one hour) with my entire body having full range of motion and ZERO pain or stiffness. I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing any sort of tight, stiff or painful areas. She WILL make you feel better!

Ive been seeing Karen for several weeks and I am experiencing major relief from plantar fasciitis and a chronically painful neck and back. I have been to several massage therapists over the years and have not experienced relief from my aches and pains in such a short period of time. My body responds very well to the different techniques that Karen uses and I find that I am sleeping much better at night also. My favorite is the Structural Relief Therapy technique in which she finds the tender spot and then repositions my muscles to a relaxed state which then relieves that tender spot. I am amazed at how well this gentle yet effective technique works. Thanks Karen!

Karen has quite literally changed my life. Through roller derby injuries, weight lifting muscle soreness, and more recently a car accident, Karen has consistently been able to keep my body moving, pain free. She's a master of figuring out stubborn, nagging pain areas, giving you the relief you've been looking for. I've never met anyone more in tune with the energies of the body, who's so good at finding and alleviating dysfunction in the body. She's kind and compassionate, and this work is truly her calling. I would heartily recommend her, and her work, to anyone! I promise you won't be disappointed.

Karen is amazing. She seems to know exactly how to find and release pain. Karen was professional, the environment was calm and relaxing. After our session I felt like I had been on a mini vacation. Highly recommended!
