Ive called around to many new places to find a new dentist and to also help with a cracked wisdom tooth that was very painful. They were able to schedule me the next day. Upon arriving, the staff was very welcoming. I had a consolation and the next day I was scheduled for an extraction. I was so nervous as anyone is going to any dentist but the staff made me feel so comfortable and made sure that I knew everything would be ok. Dr. Chi did an awesome job at extracting 2 of them! He was so quick I couldnt believe we were finished within 15 minutes of sitting in the chair. I was in and out in 25mins. Also, Im writing this review the day after my procedure and I have minimal pain and swelling for having 2 wisdoms extracted! Ill be returning for my annual cleaning in a few weeks and look forward to having more dental work done here! The staff here is amazing! Front desk is very helpful. They answered any questions and concerns I had about aftercare even after I left the practice. Totally recommend! Thank you Dr. Chi and staff

University Place Smiles was recommended to me by another dentist who did not accept my insurance. I was a little sceptical, as I am with any dentists, however, I was elated just from my initial phone call. They scheduled me for the very next day and when I got there, I was greeted by two receptionist that were professional and fantastic. I went to set down and before I could send my people waiting for me a message, they called me back. The Dental Hygienist I had was awesome, he was about 9 feet tall and the personality to match. Dr. Chi was absolutely amazing. Non judgemental, professional, courteous and not to mention he was teaching while treating me. He was so good, the 1st tooth was out before I even realized it and the second shortly after. My whole appointment from walking in to walking out with 2 teeth being pulled was under an hour. I am completely impressed and recommending University Place Smiles to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. Chi and ALL of the staff at University Place Smiles.
