Ive lived at University Glen for 3 years now and absolutely love my experience Ive had with the apartment! Janet has been an incredible help throughout the years, most recently Ive had an issue with my sink and she was able to get it fixed before I got home from work (shout out to the maintenance team as well). I have recommended the apartments to all of my friends and family and will continue to do so.

I have had such a wonderful experience so far with University Glen apartment staff. First off, Mrs. Janet is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and truly cares about the tenants. Shes responsive and attentive to my requests and always takes immediate action to fix any apartment related issues I have. Cant say enough just how grateful I am that shes our apartment manager. Additionally, Rene, our maintenance representative is extremely thorough, friendly and does a wonderful job with all his tasks. He responded immediately to issues I had with appliances and other wear and tear within the apartment that I needed help with. He takes his job seriously and I can tell he loves working here. Thank you so much Rene, truly appreciate you !! Its always good to know the staff love where they work. What a wonderful atmosphere I highly recommend University Glen to anyone whos looking for the best customer service experience, nice apartments with competitive prices and attentive, caring staff. I looked at 10 or more different apartments before finding this one, and Im 100% certain I made the right decision settling down here.

We moved in last July & had quite a punch list of repairs to work through with Janet & Ren after the previous maintenance team left many things unfinished. Both have been great about getting the right parts & scheduling the updates in our 2 bedroom apartment. Ren has been very friendly on each visit & has completed all the work that he had parts for. Thanks to them both - it means a lot as we get settled, since we came from Europe and are basically starting over here in the Tacoma area. Having the Whole Foods store, the county library, plus the city police within a 1/2 block makes this a remarkable location. We've already recommended UGA to several people since we arrived . . .
