        Very different than it was pre-covid. You can only buy bulk lots online now. Limited pick up times as well. Nice staff though, they try to work with you. Can imagine the process would be intimidating for anyone who was a prior customer though

        Very different now than it used to be before COVID, apparently. You can't even look at anything without an appointment now.

        Do not go in person to look for items. Online shopping only, like ebay.

        Must Shop online ,make a reservation to look at the item in person, purchase online there as long as it wasnt already purchased while seeing that item outside in person, and then schedule a pick up. Not worth this. Not the same its lame , less items and more expensive.
