        I contacted them to get help as I have been waiting for my multistate nursing license to be renewed. The representative was very harsh and impatient with me while I was trying to find my way through their websites and different logins. I hope you never need their assistance unless you are prepared to deal with a moody, irritated chick.

        Every year these criminal crooks steal from me for absolutely nothing in the disguise of a nursing license what a great yearly gift a renewal fee on my birthday. they provide no service and some of this money they steal goes to some political group also disguised as a nursing interest group what a scam. bunch of government employees doing absolutely nothing and trying to compete with the DMV to see who is worse.

        Zero help for pharmacy technician licensing renewal. The reps dont know what type of CEs are needed, the department manager doesnt answer her phone or have a voicemail set up, and when I called back to the customer service rep, they physically spoke to her as she was confirmed in office and she STILL refused to answer my question. Then they sent me to the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and gave me the wrong numbersurprise still nobody answered the phone. As if working in healthcare isnt hard enough right now, they make it impossible to renew a license as a provider. Now Im going to have to involve HR from work to avoid my license expiring because of DOH. Management is a total joke here. Really sad.
