I love them. They always are helpful, often busy, but never rude. I truly appreciate this group!!

This is THE absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy Ive ever encountered, and weve lived in a lot of cities in a lot of different states. I gave this places multiple chances, but its consistently been terrible. Medications submitted that same morning arent filled until days later, the drive-thru experience 8/10 times is awful. Youre VERY lucky to get a decent interaction with the staff. I dont know if its a staffing issue, a management issue or lack of awareness issue, but this place is absolutely awful and something needs to change.

I have never been treated more poorly in my life. Not only did I sit on hold once for 30 minutes, but after waiting I heard a click and was switched to the pharmacy hold where I was then disconnected before speaking to someone. I then called back and waited another 20 minutes on hold only to be rudely told that they cannot tell me if my medication is on back order or not. Im disgusted at how I was spoken to and will be calling to file a formal complaint. If you read this I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Waited on hold for 50 minutes. Still no one answered so I had to hang up. What pharmacy is that busy? Horrible place. Ill never go there for my prescriptions or anything else.

Drove here to pick up a prescription for a disabled friend after leaving the hospital last night.. Sign said 'Closed due to no pharmacist' before closure time. That's really inconvenient. Spent all day today on the phone trying to get through.. No one would answer the phones after all the phone banks & prompts.. after 25x it hung up on me. Tried again, same result. Not happy. Drive up there. Said there was an insurance issue with his card after saying they did recieve his order. Spent more time calling 800# insurance to verify his coverage, drive to my buddies house to print it out..its fine. Went back. Stood in line again. Said to wait for 15 mins to fill order. Sat down. Waited. They called the name.. Went to pick up. 'Oh sorry, we won't get this till tomorrow.. You'll have to come back again'. WTH!!! Got it filled across the street within an hour. My first total negative review. I'll never go to this place ever again. Don't waste your breath here. I'm sure they'll blame it on COVID.
