Came and bought a PAL vape for the first time it started burning immediately and they wont take it back even with proof of purchase. Dont buy vapes from this gas station. Ive been to plenty and bought this brand and have never had an issue with them burning or even taking them back if theres an issue. EDIT I came in today and they refused to sell to me, because I had a vertical ID even though I have military ID as well that isnt vertical they refused. Talk about a company that doesnt know what they are talking about.

Old lady working the counter loves to notnoay attention to customers. Is on her phone while you stand there waiting and is openly complaining about management. Then proceeds to argue with you about things that she is wrong about. What a weird experience. Def not coming back

On 4 November 2023, I had a frustrating encounter with the cashier on duty who catded me for cigarettes. The intention of the law was to prevent under age smoking but common sense prevails especially when I comes to customer service. When the customer is venting at how stupid the whole concept of carding a obviously of age person is, your customer service training should kick in and just let them vent let them know that it's just policy. Your job is not to get frustrated and offensive and tell them to go to another place if you don't like it. That's very unprofessional. My job as a customer is to purchase something from your shop with yhe least amount of friction from your staff as possible. Your frustration at the the customer for questioning how stupid policy is should not in any way affect your treatment of customers. It must be because I wasn't white...now take her off your cashier spot and put her in a place where there is minimal contact with customerss

If I could give a neg 0 I would. Had the worse customer service ever! The lady Ana has the worse customer services, she needs to be put into training to learn how to provide excellent customer service. Asked her a question, before i finished my question she bit my head off and said thats how it is end of story. Just had a question no reason to bite my head off and get snooty . Body Expression says it all. Put Ana in some customer service training I dont think it would help. Maybe she needs to find a job that doesnt have to deal with the public. Wont be going back taking my business somewhere else. Thanks Ana!
