        I love them! They were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and the work is beautiful. They even came to our house and recommended which flooring would fit out style and household members (a kid and two dogs). The best.

        Did a good job of showing us products then getting the product we chose, but their measurements of our house were heavy and they said they couldn't take the extra back because it was over 30 days since they received it from manufacturer. Very costly.

      Thank you for your review, Donald. Yes, that is the policy. The manufacturer won't take back items that are returned passed 30 days. The reason for this is because old material can't be mixed with ne material because dyelots can differ in that amount of time. It is also probable that you got extra material from the manufacturer.
