As my sister and I was in the court room crying because once again we didn't have our paperwork correct San told us to meet us outside not only help us with paperwork but helped us getting it filed with the courts and did not want to charge us. Amazing soul.

Sans Gilmore was very warm, direct and professional. He listened to what I thought I needed and offered his advice and his reasons why I would be better going in a different direction. He also directed my thinking to possibilities that I hadn't thought of and he double checked that I had other important items in order. While he was very pleasant with basic "getting to know you" banter, he was direct and focused on what I was there to accomplish. I really appreciated that as he didn't waste either his time or mine with unnecessary, lengthy side conversations. It is immediately evident that he thoroughly knows his area of expertise. For these reason I would highly recommend Mr. Gilmore. He will be the person I turn to if I have future needs in this area. A+

Sans was a good choice for us to help setup and process my stepmother's trust and handling final matters after she passed. He guided us through a lot of potential hurdles. A good lawyer who you can trust or other legal processes.
