This review is long overdue. Lifespan remodeled the primary bathroom in our home about a year ago, and did an amazing job!! We brought a lot of our own design ideas and choices and they were able to help us bring them to life! Our job included demolition, plumbing, tile work, painting, custom carpentry, installation of some big glass and fixtures. Any question or request we had was answered or accommodated, including some small functional things that came up after the job was done. Each person on the team was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on the work to be done. I would use them again!!

All of our expectations have been met in completely renovating our kitchen, main living room and pantry. Staff and crew have been very reasonable, accommodating and the quality of work is exceptional. Will be hiring Lifespan again for an extension for a larger bath, master closet and laundry.

We wanted our kitchen and library space remodeled but didn't want to have to get heavily involved. We told LifeSpan want we wanted, and Lindsey came up with a great plan. Our lead carpenter Carl did a fantastic job keeping all the excellent contractors at task. LifeSpan did their best at not putting us out. The entire job went smoothly and on time. We couldn't be happier with the completed job.

Lifespan Construction did a wonderful job throughout the process of our bathroom remodels. They did such an outstanding job on our master bathroom, we had them remodel our guest bathroom as well. We vetted numerous construction companies by looking at customer reviews and selected 3 to provide us with a quote. While Lifespan was not the lowest proposal, they broke down the costs so we could see all the charges. Their presentation was the most professional of all the bids and we could see that they took the time to get things right. Lindsey was our project developer and designer. She set up all the appointments with the companies providing tile and countertops, then met us at those locations to help us choose the materials based on what we told her we were looking for. Lifespan also has a great selection of cabinets at their office and Lindsey helped us through that selection as well. Her knowledge of materials, design, and the construction process was invaluable. This was our first major remodel and we needed a lot of hand holding, Lindey cheerfully provided that. Carl was our lead carpenter and is very meticulous in his work. He always showed up when he was scheduled and made sure he knew when subcontractors were scheduled. Carl is very pleasant to be around, he was always cheerful and was willing to make any adjustments we needed with both the remodel design and our schedule. As a certified project management professional, I understand the effort it takes to stay within budget, keep on schedule, and ensure a quality project. Lifespan construction does as well and everything went smoother than we expected. Next year we are going to have our kitchen remodeled, and we have no need to look at any other construction companies. Lifespan already has our business.
