They are there for their customers needs. Have not been in for a few years due to all the online options but they remembered me when I came in to do a few changes. This is truly what it means to do business locally--Thank you, JBR Insurance. UPDATED: they were bought out as of sept 9th 2022. They were bought out by an online company with no store front. When we tried to get in contact there are no call in appointments open for over a month.

What an amazing little family run Insurance Agency. This place has been my go to for auto insurance since I first moved to Washington in the early 90's. My husband and I weren't married at the time, and needed some coverage after losing our coverage back in Cali for a year or more. Fast Forward almost 30! Years, and now they insure our daughters car as well as our two. We actually added her newer Mazda to our policy and ended up Lanny finding us a policy that was cheaper than our two car policy, this is a teenager we're talking about, we were all so excited that day.     Its just so great to be able to walk in and make a payment, change parameters on your policy, or just shoot the breeze with this smart trio of siblings. They're so good at their jobs and super funny, you won't be dissatisfied if you change your insurance agency, I promise!
