        Absolutely stellar experience at Overlander apartments! Kimber, the property manager, is an absolute gem - always attentive, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. Josh and the maintenance staff are equally amazing - quick to address any issues and keep the property in top-notch condition. Couldn't ask for a better team managing this community. Highly recommend!

        I visited the Overlander Apartments today and met with the property manger Kimber. She is amazing and so friendly! She was kind enough to take some time out of her day to discuss her property and her events that she does there. I can see why her residents love it there!

        Overlander apartments formally known as Capitol Heights has gone through a world of changes, of course things are not perfect but I see the efforts from both the manager with hiring a new assistant, and with maintenance getting an additional body as well. All of my interactions are pleasant. Im hoping with all of the adjustments that we continue to see the improvements and continue to build rapport with the team. We truly love it here and love being apart of and seeing the change!
