Newer residents/young family, so far good experience. Maintenance has been fast and professional, management and office staff have been very helpful and extremely nice. The recent upgrades and modifications could use a little work in the closets/cabinets though but thats all so far. Best apartment gym Ive ever had, like surprisingly good.

Michelle Murrell who is our assistant property manager has been absolutely incredible through the last year of management changes weve had. She has been patient and understanding.Not to mention as the cost of living has gone up our community does its best to keep things reasonable. My family and I have lived at the Montair for over 6 years this has become our home. Im so thankful to be here another year. Thank you for providing quick and efficient Maintenance service. I love those guys. Looking forward to whats to come.
