        Incredibly nice and helpful. I was a new mom back in 2018 and accidentally tripped over my cat while carrying my 2.5 month old. I panicked after he fell with me and I called 911. The first responders were very nice and reassuring. So so grateful for their compassion and calmness in that moment. Then my husband and I accidentally set off several ADT fire alarms trying to change the batteries in our smoke detector. They responded and we apologized and felt awful for the inconvenience. They were again so nice about it.
