Let me just start by saying, run dont walk if you want to secure a mortgage with a lender that treats you as a human making an insanely large purchase, and handles your emotions and concerns with care. Sara really took care of my family and I when we started our loan process. She communicated with us daily while we were compiling all of our documents. She took a lot of mental load off of our plate by offering guidance and education during this confusing process. Lastly, she has a great sense of humor and actually makes this overwhelming time inviting and fun. I will 100% go back to her when its time to refinance.

Sara and her team are amazing! It means a lot when a company treats you like people vs. a dollar sign. During our home buying process, my husband and I were forced to use the builders preferred lender which unfortunately wasnt HomeBridge. Even though we couldnt officially use Sara, she held our hand through the process, explained to us what was normal and what we should look out for so we didnt feel taken advantage of as first time buyers. Sara was truly our advocate and guided us through the process when she didnt have to. Funny enough, whenever we had questions, we turned to Sara instead of our own team. My husband would say Get Sara on the phone. Shell know what to do and it was so true. When it comes time for us to refinance our home, we know exactly where were going.
