if you try others you will realize how bad they are. 1) highest rates 2) collect the most information while providing least service 3) charge credit fee upfront before prequal or application 4) time limit to uploading documents to pressure you even before home purchase is made 5) random and incessant calls before the process but slow and poorly organized once they take your information and your money

As at first night buyer, I Really did not know what to expect, Luckily I got to work with Umran Mokabber And it was one of the easiest things Ive ever done. From what I know from people around me buying a house was supposed to be a lengthy complicated process process. That was not the case!!! Umran was very on top it, The process was scored and was done professionally. it only took 18 days from submitting an offer to closing the contract.
