Had the worst experience ever the way they treat my dad so unfair my dad has liver cancer and he is on bed bound the nurses are so inexperienced when I call them sometimes they never show they completely stopped giving my dad pain meds and said our hands tight we dont care if he is in pain or not Terrible they want my dad to die basically the only thing he lives off and helps his pain is his pain med and they stopped wouldnt suggest providence for nobody family they treat people poorly

Ridiculous inept people. Our doctor suggested them as our mother was in the final stages of Alzheimers - constant delays in paperwork, wrong address for my mother kept popping up and we could not get it corrected. Just an incredibly frustrating experience - mother died before they could come to evaluate her. What a joke.

When I take a looks of all reviews, totally agree what the other people said that , my situation was same , the nurse services not in standard, no support, poor service. I give them one star based on the name Providence.

Last August, my Mom was at The Ballard Landmark on Providence Hospice. She was not getting Any Care from either company. I brought her to my home, Hospice showed up even less. I Begged for a Chaplain to stop by or call.... and got No One. They abandoned us when we needed them Most! DO YOUR RESEARCH.... LOTS OF BETTER HOSPICE COMPANIES OUT THERE!
