No guarantees given. Trees die, you're stuck with them. Too high a price for that kind of service. They'll also say anything to move products. Do all your research before you walk through the door. They can't be depended upon as professionals to give good information. I asked for native trees, went home with 2 and found out one wasn't a native tree. They traded me for what I originally asked for and that tree pretty much immediately died. They said no to a replacement, I was told "sorry not our problem. It was a harsh winter." Actually weather was pretty moderate but whatever. We had one cold snap. Tree was dead before that anyway. Trees from other places did fine. Oh, don't bother trying to get them to actually plant the trees. You'll get a sob story about a time they lost money because of unanticipated rocks. So now they only do tree plantings for a huge sum of money. The "I don't want to" price. 100% bad experience except for the cats there. At least they're nice to cats.

Jackie was so helpful! She helped me find the best eucalyptus tree they had available (and would fit in my sedan). She helped me load it into the car, with no loss of tree limbs or dirt!
