I'm pretty disappointed with this experience. I generally enjoy CFA and have worked with the company before. This takes the cake on having terrible service. The lady who took my order was not very friendly or clear, and after taking the order before me, left the counter and walked into the kitchen. In the past, when I ordered a lunch item during breakfast, you get told it's going to be a full-time wait. However, I was simply told, "we don't have that. It's breakfast." Perhaps there is a different system at Southcenter, but again, not friendly. I got the seasonal cherry berry lemonade and asked for a medium size, only to be told it was only in a small size upon receiving it. The food was great, shoutout to the kitchen. Don't think I will come back to this location anytime soon.

I never understood why people flock to this place, but since it was across the way from the Tesla supercharger and I needed a quick boost, I dropped by. I do admit the advice is impeccable and the store is clean and very welcoming. The condiments are also even better than your typical fast food restaurant and so it does feel like an upscale fast food restaurant. I still dont understand though why these chicken burgers are in such demand. Its no better than any other chicken sandwich imho. Ps check out the line to the drive thru. Its like in and out burgers. There arent likes like this in Washington, but I guess the re are for chik fil a
