        We made a reservation weeks in advance to have a generator on site at 8am. The original contract said 8am. Out of nowhere the branch changed the delivery time to 3pm and they say they don't know how it happened. This is the first time we have worked with this branch but it is a regular occurrence with all UR branches. Delivery times are constantly getting screwed up. I have to call UR branches every step of the way to make sure our rentals are going to arrive on time. I should not have to do that.
