Very rude EVERY time I try to pick up a package or they just outright refuse to look for it.

I came in just before the holidays to ship out a package and was surprised to find no line! Dennis was very kind and responsive, and helped me select a shipping option that met my needs and budget. Originally I stopped in to the Omak post office but it was so crowded there I decided to swing by Tonasket on the way home instead. Glad I did.

Have a PO mailing address for business in Okanogan, due the Covid19 restrictions some of our mail which normally ships FedEx or UPS is using the USPS to make the final delivery to our street address. There is a mail box at the street location for USPS but they have refused to use it because we dont normally get our mail there, yet our federal census forms along with other various items have been left in the mail box? Contacted the post office directly to hopefully stop the return of shipments which include medications until the covid19 restrictions are lifted and the answer I was given by the Tonasket postmaster was," you will have to file a Change of address otherwise we have to return the mail as undeliverable because you dont exist in our system. We don't return mail of a physical address unless we have a legal request to do so...." So I asked why can't you just hold the mail for me and I'll come get it weekly.....Nope
