Tim has retired and the business is under new ownership as of early June 2023 (it may be earlier but that's my experience). Folks are very nice but here's my recent experience: bent the straight shaft on my FS130 so I brought it for shaft replacement. Had planned to keep the machine until parts came in and replace myself, but they were insistent on keeping it and replacing when the parts came in. Okay. Had msg 3 days ago it wasn't ready for pickup. In addition to the shaft and associated parts they wanted to charge me for a new carburetor and labor. When I called them on it, they said they couldn't get it to start, so they replaced it... I said I wouldn't pay for parts/labor I didn't approve. So, I was informed that I got a free carburetor, to which I replied no, if you're giving away free carbs I'll take one. Otherwise if you could show me where I requested it I'd be happy to pay for it. They couldn't. The new ownership is very friendly and accommodating, but be on the lookout for upselling. I've nothing against small businesses trying to make a living but watch out for businesses trying to take advantage...
