        Security and loader are courteous, appointments so no since coming real early, you can not get in gate until a little after 7am, slow to load, otherwise ok! A three because my time is valuable

        It is by appointment so that they do not arrive before or after, nor remove the seal, they remove it, disconnect the air hose and turn off the engine, friendly staff if they have clean public bathrooms in the reception office

        Security is nice. Checked in at door 17. Lady told me that they would be out with BOLs once done. 4 hours later, I go in to check if they are done because I havent felt my trailer move in 2 hours. Lady tells me that they have been waiting for me to come in to get BOLs for a couple of hours now. Ridiculous.
