Hello Vance,We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our delivery zones and empathize with your frustrations about your order. When you purchased your dishwashers, your sales professional Darren, informed you that your delivery location is well outside our delivery zone and instructed that you will need to schedule a “Customer Pick-up”. It was also explained that you will need to call our Warehouse BEFORE arriving at “Customer Pick-up” to confirm that your product was transferred. According to our records, you arrived at our Fife Warehouse 2 days after your scheduled pick-up date AND did not call to confirm your appliances were located at our Fife Warehouse. Although we empathize with your frustrations, when you spoke with our Store Manager, Susan, she apologized and explained how we transfer appliances between our warehouses and that our inventory is affected when customers miss their scheduled pick-up dates.After your first visit to our Fife warehouse, Darren rescheduled the product and again discussed that you needed to call before making the trip so we could verify items were in Fife. Our records again indicate that you arrived at our Fife warehouse without a confirmation. Unfortunately, only one of your two dishwashers was transferred to our Fife warehouse. Fortunately, we did have your second dishwasher available at our Ballard warehouse. At that time, we asked if you wanted to schedule a “Customer Pick-up” at our Ballard or our Fife Warehouse. You did not accept these options and you requested a refund. We honored your request, cancelled your order and refunded your money.
