They tried to bait and switch me. They dont honor their online prices. Dishonest and no integrity, drove all the way down from Seattle to be screwed over. Waste of time.

We worked with Maria for weeks finding the right vehicle. She was responsive and answered all our questions. No pushy sales and let us take our time. Walked out with the right vehicle for our needs. Highly recommend!

Goodfellas Fabian and James are awesome me and my woman are so happy with what we got Fabian helped us with getting everything together from the car and the insurance so we could get on the road James was the first person to come out and talk to us then we all went in and sat down were Fabian and James work as a very great team we will definitely be coming back to get another vehicle in the future

I was in a test drive with Fabian yesterday. I was there to look at a used 2018 Toyotas Prius 2. Fabian was cool at first. On the test drive he was friendly however when I got to the negotiating table with him to talk numbers the conversation went south. To start I have great credit, I also have a large down payment that I was going to use. I didnt tell Fabian until after I asked him what he could do on the price for the car. It was listed for 16999. He said he couldnt do much at all and started saying that I shouldnt be asking for a discount because they were apparently upside down in the car themselves. I told him I understand however I pointed out that the price had been raised on CARFAX this past Nov 2023 almost to 19k. Then the 2weeks prior to me coming in they offered the same Prius on CARFAX for 15988. (Lower than 16900) I asked him what that price was all about and if he would be willing to negotiate for a similar price and he started yelling at me that I couldnt see that the 16999 was a great deal and that he was giving me a great offer. Keep in mind that I didnt even offer a price I just pointed out that they had it for a lower price 2 weeks earlier and asked why would I pay more when they were offering it less? He started yelling at me and cussing at me calling me cheap and flawed for not seeing a great deal. I tried to reason with him but he kept talking over me. He even called his boss (after telling me that he was in charge of of the dealership) and asked him if we could lower the price to 15900 and was making a big scene about it. The whole time he was yelling at the phone Saying that they were not making any money on it. Another person called home while I was sitting there and he started talking crap about me to him while I was sitting in front of him and he started complaining to them that I wanted a lower price. Keep in mind up until this point. I didnt even give him my number that I was thinking about. He just started throwing out the numbers that he thought I should pay all while cussing. I asked him to stop yelling and calling me cheap and flawed for not seeing a great deal and he tried to back track saying that he only said that because I was the one not seeing the point. (Nice tact-fullness Fabian) there I dont know about you but I dont deal with people like this. Keep in mind I was never once upset with him until he called me cheap and flawed. I began to walk away and he begged me to stay and make a deal but I walked away. Be careful who you deal with and make sure you have all the facts to help you negotiate because Fabian will take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Also he tried to talk down the MOLD I found in the car. Overall Im glad I walked away from the deal.

Fabian is a great person help me get a car went above and beyond to make sure I got car and insurance hes a lifesaver and very grateful
