Had a worse and unprofessional experience yesterday 7 Oct 2022 for my appointment by Kevin (the tall, dark hair, wear glasses, and asain guy). He was very unprofessional treated me as I was not an important customer. He checked me in at 7am and told me he would give me an update in the next hour. Nothing was brought to my attention when 1 hour had passed. I waited until 930 looking for him to give me an update. He came and told me that the diagnosis just started and there were not battery for my car. I am very frustrated on how me treated customer this way by not letting them know. He did not even ask me to reschedule for a battery replacement and order the battery. He should not be working for Toyota with this kind of customer skills. He did not even talk me or explain what is going on with my car. I do not want Kevin to help me again for my next appointment. Very disappointed at this Toyota and their customer service. Very unprofessional and rude on how they treat their customers. It should not took 2 hours and 30 mins for them to give me an update on my vehicle and let me know there were no battery for my car. I was in the lobby area. This is a waste of customer time. Appointment is appointment and please consider taking it seriously and do thing on a timely manner.
