I got my car in Dec of 2023 and just march of 2024 my transmission started going out and under warranty it states that Im covered for any issues with my transmission and engine. But now they are telling me that they wont cover me because its not a transmission issue and the woman that I keep talking to whos name is Nicole is very rude and thinks its ok to hang up on me and get an attitude when I ask to speak to someone else. Over all this has been a very unprofessional and stressful situation and Im not happy with the service at all

Do not buy a vehicle here I got my vehicle less then a 1 month and one with in two weeks it went down I was told I had to pay for diagnostic fee and they tried to force me to pay for the towing to the mechanic! I had it two weeks to the date before it went down. The first time it was in the shop they didnt get the diagnostic correct but they did find that the battery and the wheel wells are shot they agreed to replacing the batteries but refuse to take care of the wheel wells even after being explained that it takes years to get to that point but yet the mechanics at bitterlings refused to drive it because its that dangerous! I got it back for a day only to have it re-over heat as I originally brought it in for to only be charged for another diagnostic but this time carhop actually paid for it meaning they should have reimbursed me for the second one since its the same reason I originally brought it in for. The mechanic finally found the problem and that is both thermostats are stuck shut and wont allow for coolant to move through the vehicle. I went here to help my credit and have a vehicle more realible and something that would be good for my daughter and myself only to be stranded 3 times and have to argue with them to do anything. Even the auto place complains about how poor of a response they have I will never recommend any one to them! You call and are made to fill like you are in the wrong that you did something wrong and they argue and fight with you! After promising to tow my vehicle I had to argue with Nicole one of the employees there to get anything done I had to call the auburn location to begin with this has been nothing but a headache but in the mean time my payments keep coming out with out me even having a vehicle

Big waste of my time. They told me to fill out pre approval online so I did. Next day told me over phone I was pre-approved for some of the cars and to come in to dealership only to be told I was completely denied. They have too many specific requirements to be approved and their marketing $0 down bad credit isn't what it appears to be. Don't be fooled by carhops advertising. I had $4000 I was willing to put down and they said it didn't matter how much I put down their bank wouldn't approve me at all yet they advertise bad credit and $0 down but don't tell you all the details about it and don't train sales reps to say anything except what they advertise.

Let me start off with saying, Carhop will get you to a car. Most instances in the same day. I went in there with no money down and they put me in a car same day. I looked at many cars and, i was only eligible for one. The 2009 Chevy Aveo. I really enjoyed that car. It was fun to drive. I noticed one day that i had oil spots in my driveway. Carhop told me to get the car checked out. I took it to one of their mechanics and, they did the diagnostic free of charge. After the inspection I found that the car had three different oil leaks, and 5 censors going bad. When you buy the car they tell you that there is 18months-18000Miles warranty on the Engine/Transmission/Drive Train. The mechanic called me and said that Carhop was not going to honor the warranty and, fix the car. I told them that they could come get the car. At this point i'm affraid to drive it because of all the issues that come with it. I waited about two weeks and, took the car back (at the risk of my own safety). Although i'm not happy with the outcome, overall carhop is easy to deal with, but does not honor their word. Purchase at your own risk. -unsatisfied customer.
