      No one contacted the police during our interaction because nothing criminal occurred. No one was threatened with physical violence. We asked you and the person you were with to wait while we looked up the paperwork for your impounded trailer. You both kept knocking, tapping, and yelling at our front door and window. We asked both of you several more times to wait patiently. You both continued to be disruptive and badger employees/management. People being impatient and rude when picking up an impounded vehicle is not uncommon. However, this was beyond that. We are glad you RETRIEVED your trailer unharmed after leaving it unattended and unauthorized on private property. Better luck in the future.
