        We didn't realize when we bought this three weeks ago but it is almost 13 years past it's due date. Please check your equipment if you decide to buy from there. As seen in the picture when you click on it, the expiration date on the back of the helmet is 2011. I understand we bought a used item but it should not have been resold due to safety issues.

      Jen, I am not sure the item you purchased but please bring back for a full refund if you would like and are unhappy with your purchase. We are a new and used sporting goods store so there are many used items in our shop that are not current and are older. It's almost impossible for us to know or disclose age of every item we sell. We will always do our best to provide good used gear to our customers and at times a budget item is going to be a bit older.
