        My interactions with this agency is not what I expected. I must admit that my initial expectations were totally unrealistic. The front line workers as well as management level workers were extremely supportive, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. What did I just say!!!! I actually mean what I have stated. I am so pleased to be able to say that. My first hand and feedback from others do confirm what I have stated. I want to thank all the employees at this location and give them high praise and a raise. Just kidding. I could not possibly afford to even offer my employees a higher salary. But if I could, I surely would. Thank You to all who have reshaped my thinking of Government Workers.
