Read the reviews online… I am six weeks and waiting to get license and registration and no one is answering the phone, texts or emails….

We bought a used 5th wheel from Chambers Bay RV two weeks ago. I was really impressed with how smooth the sale and paperwork went. Branden handled the whole thing. When we saw what we wanted we told him we need to go to the bank to get a down payment, as we didnt expect to buy it that day. Branden said no worries he would keep it for us not to go get the down payment. We came back 3 days later with cash to pick it up. That went smooth also. As former RV owners we knew the ropes. It did worry me that Brandon left us to our selves as he left when we were hooking up. The only down side is he couldnt find the keys and there was no electrical cord for the 5th wheel. ?? That bothered me some. After several days of telling us someone would be out to make us keys and bring us an electrical cord. We took the bull by the horns and told him and his brother that we would go get a new door lock and an electrical cord. When we presented them with the bill they came through like champs and handed my husband $420 cash. I like these guys. They are young their, business is a little rough, but no high sales pitch, no today only prices. I have read the other reviews, we will see how long it takes to get the license, but these guys did alright by us and I say give them a chance.

Non responsive sales people, I had to call multiple times and practically BEG to get info on the units I looked at. I'd probably listen to the other bad reviews and steer clear.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BUYER BEWARE. Will never ever purchase from them or even consider looking at their inventory ever again. Dealer put the incorrect VIN on my paperwork, a mess to fix. Had to keep calling and micromanaging them to make sure this issue got corrected fast. The VIN on my warranty was NEVER corrected so when my heater broke I had no way to fix other than on our own. They had lost the keys for the trailer and gave us random keys to take home and try out. Trailer was not cleaned before placing for sale. Black tank was completely full, so our first trailer task on our first camping trip in the new to us trailer was dumping someone elses waste. They also left the old owners registration in the trailer (this is how I learned the VIN was incorrect) so I of course had access to their personal information.
