It's a place to have four walls and a place to lay your head. The play ground has been missing swings covid. The playground equipment is falling apart. For a gated community...they gate stays open or is broken. Laundry rooms in the breezeways are always full with someone from another building. Our security is non existent and have a total of 6 hours of non response due to shift change in their dispatch.... So that being said.... take want you want. Over priced for little to nothing. This complex can't seem to keep an office or maintenance crew. Since I've lived here.. there has Been 8 completely different Office staff, 3 entire maintenance crews, not to mention there is a major drainage issue with the drains by the office.. and play ground area gets swamped for weeks after rains or the parking lot floods. Our door needs replaced.. been waiting for a new door and Frame over a few years. If anyone from corporate or the office sees this.. got to my file and call me. Done waiting .... disappointed in overall. That being said ..this office staff that we have are doing what they can, and I understand having to get the clearance to get things done... but for the price that we pay.. we should have better facilitated expedition of work orders with better outlook, as of right now... people are afraid of being evicted for speaking up. We are up to date with payments why do we as residents have to wait on the whims of others when we have stipulations to follow or rish consequences? Why not a system where both are held accountable? So please corporate reach out and get the honest and blunt response. If we have to donas told.. then you should listen and hear your community's voices. 2k for a 2 bedroom less the 960 sqft with all that is going on and not done... how is it right to do to people... 2k... for a 2 bedroom apartment..off of Hosmer..

Very professional and kind staff. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment near JBLM, the downtown area, decent restaurants, and Lakewood Town Center. It's gated and relatively safe despite the location.
