        I ordered and paid logos for a semi truck on a Monday morning and on Wednesday they gave me something completly different from what I ordered then told that they could not do the job. I lost 3 days of work because of them. I went a place in Lakewood later that day which did the job for half of the price that this business charged me and did the job in less than an hour. Additionally the business in lakewood installed the logo on my semi truck. My recommendation, don't waste your time coming here.

        Product ordered was great. Customer service not the best. They do not use the customer messaging system in the website so don't use it, you'll never get a response. You'll have to call multiple times time get a response.

You were not invoiced for logos for your truck, only truck numbers. I am sorry for the miscommunication, this is why we provide proofs for all orders prior to production, we strive to ensure that all orders are correct the first time.

      Crystal, your ability, or lack there of, has a direct correlation to your pay and has nothing to do with how my shop is run. When you were hired, you presented yourself as a talented designer who in your own words, brought much to the table, when in fact you were unable to use Adobe Illustrator at even an entry level. I am sorry that it didn’t work out for you here but I made it very clear that the ability to design in Illustrator was of critical importance.
