Listen and pay close attention to the low reviews at this place. These people were nuts. All it is is a pretentious in-home daycare that are condescending and think they're something they really aren't.  Never ever would i recommend this weird place

UPDATE: after an email & post in the app from me asking for clarification on what happened to where my son wasnt allowed back just so I wasnt blindsided last minute & scrambling for a school as a single mom, the only response I ever recieved was the response on this review, over a month after the email. still no explanation. with 8 new 5 star reviews posted within hours of eachother after the owners response. smh. luckily I was able to quickly get my son into a headstart early learning facility where he has been thriving since. would not recommend. I had high hopes as the teachers preached about their training & how it takes a village to raise children during the tour but the lack of communication & professionalism as they decided my son couldn't come back after not even 2 weeks through a single email was astonishing. I never recieved any calls or message on the app that they use to keep you updated throughout the day that there was any concern with my son, & every time I called myself or picked him up they told me he was a pleasure to have. I was in a car accident so my son was staying in Olympia with family the second week to keep him in school as I didn't have a car so when I received an email in the middle of the weeknight that he didnt fit in and should go to a different form of daycare I asked for clarification on what exactly the problem was and recieved no response to this day, 11 days later.

Mary and her team were just so exceptional to partner with on a few projects I did for kids in the puget sound. Very clean childcare and Ive walked into many, Mary runs a TIGHT SHIP! All those kids and her staff very respectful

I worked at Pathways all through high school and Grandma Mary wrote my letter of recommendation. Miss Chelsea became my godmom and I started spelling my name like hers. I just love them with my whole heart n im in my junior in college.imma be a kindergarten teacher when I graduate because grandma Mary believed in me

Our family was able to access to this amazing care while experiencing transition during 2020 chaos. Their welcoming atmosphere, whole family, child centered approach and cleaning and safety measures were just a few things that brought feelings of joy to us as our toddler was able to experience social, emotional and educational supports each day. We received daily updates with photos of this activities, meals and lesson plans, I appreciated the resources and wrap around supports offered. Mrs. Mary values children and parents and is invested in creating and sustaining high quality childcare on city and state levels of advocacy and policy change. This is clearly a life passion for her, I appreciate her hiring high quality trust worthy staff, providing a listening compassionate ear and setting a standard of excellence in care in our city. Not every child is meant for care in every center or home care model. Knowing what works best for you and your family when choosing childcare is important. If you are considering applying here please take time to hear her heart and see if values align for your needs, rather than seeking an open spot.
