Excellent job today by Brandon B. I should have posted a review sooner when we had our crawlspace completely mucked out, re-lined, and re-insulated by CrawlPros. I have to say every CrawlPro and PestPro team member who has come to provide service has done a great job. Brandon B just stood out today and it prompted me to submit a long overdue review. Their techs are great and very professional. Enjoy chatting with them when they come out. I had them for some warranty service of my crawl space remodel. Their scheduling department is very unprofessional and rude. They will always schedule a day for the tech to come out for monthly maintenance and tell me only 2 days in advance. Then when I call them to try and reschedule they tell me that there is only 1 day of the month a tech can come to my house. Seriously?! This is just plain lazy. I understand everyone is short staffed but it doesnt take much to look at a calendar and find alternate dates that work with proper notice. Considered sticking with their service but likely will cancel due to their lack of trying to work with customers schedules well in advance. Services: Rodent extermination, General pest inspection

I wont recommend this service, management is really bad, they dont have an idea of what they are doing or what costumer service is. Exterminators do a great job but office staff is very unprofessional and one of the ladies was yelling at me on the phone while I was trying to explain that I had some extra charges, I ended up just paying them and canceling the service. Ill take my money somewhere else is appreciated and not being poorly treated and yelled at.

I've appreciated Pest Pros service over the last 9 months, they've done an amazing job at the house for pest control about 80-90% of the time. There have been small issues here and there, but it seems that there's been a change in management or structure in the office that has had some shockwaves through the overall service of the agents that come out to the house, as well as the service of calling and getting ahold of people. I'd say things have called down recently and a groove has been found. So I hope to continue my service for a while.
