Herrmann Law Group has been helpful to several of my family members over the past few years. My Aunt, Cousin, Niece all for separate Auto Accidents and my son is working with them for his terrible dog bite. They are very professional and responsive. Thank you to everyone who has helped and to Teresa Baker who helped all my family members get their cases set up. I recommend them to everyone.

I was attacked by an emotional support dog in February of 2023. I reached out to Hermann law group to put my feelers out. Only having bad experiences with law firms, I was a little hesitant at first, one would even say stand-offish. ( You know the old joke ) How can you tell when an attorney is lying? Their lips are moving!! Im starting to wonder if that joke came from some grumpy old dude that lost his house, cars and money to the ex ol lady. Okay, back to the subject: Hermann law group has quickly changed my whole attitude towards law firms. Not only have they been communicating with me throughout the whole process, they have been open and honest. Which goes a very long way with me. I dont know about you but I cant stand a liar. Teresa and Ren are the two that I have spoken to the most. Teresa (very wonderful lady) is very knowledgeable with not only her responsibilities at the law firm but also other topics. Any question I have asked her, she has been spot on. When it comes to some questions that she can not answer with full conviction, she would reach out to Ren. Ren has been responsible for preparing my case and I have to say, WOW. He has kept in touch through each step of the process. Anytime I have a question or concern (which is quite often) he has been very swift and kind with his response. He wants whats best for us victims and I appreciate it very much. I spoke to Frank briefly and from our conversation, I know he wants whats best for us victims, that he wont settle for mediocre. I whole heartedly believe he is going to go the extra length to fight for whats best for me. I can say at this point whatever happens from here, I will be happy with. This law firm will kick some arse and take names for you.

First thing I will say is I have unfortunately been in two car accidents since March. They had no problem taking the first accident, and they even knew that it was in a parking lot. When they couldn't figure out what to do my attorney started saying stuff like "well, I wasn't even supposed to take this because it was a parking lot case" and then eventually dropped that case. I would ask him if he called my witnesses and he'd say "yeah I called them, but they didn't call me back. I'm not that worried about it". Why wouldn't my lawyer want to talk to my three witnesses? I found out recently he never even talked to them. He just heard that FedEx had some video and he gave up. Is this even legal? I know it's not ethical..... Also, it's funny because I read these reviews and people are saying that they got their settlement within weeks. Here I am 4 months later and I'm being told that it's not going to be here for another year. I lost my car my job my income and everything due to two car accidents that weren't even my fault, and I'm about to be homeless because of it. I got hit by a FedEx truck, and they say they're not at fault so my lawyer is not going after them. I thought I came to these people for protection, but all I'm getting is the runaround.
